When breasts are increased by implants, a general anaesthesia is made. The choice of the shape (round or anatomic), of the positioning of the implant (before or behind the muscle),of the kind of incision (around the areola or behind the armpit), of the volume and nature of the implant varies according to the anatomy and quality of skin. This intervention could be made at end of adolescence. Scars are almost invisible and results are mostly excellent and natural. A mammogram as well as analysis is automatically required before the intervention.A stay of one day in clinic is necessary.

Falling breasts :
Generally this is the results of pregnancy or following an important loss of weight. The intervention consists in reshaping breasts by fixing the glands in a good position and by removing the excess of skin. This intervention can be made at any age. It is made under general anaesthesia. A stay in clinic of one day is necessary. Blood exams are made in order to search for contraindications. This intervention is not or very little painful and requires the wearing of a bra adapted night and day during 3 weeks. Final results are visible after 2 months. Breasts have a harmony and a natural shape. Sensitivity is preserved and baby feeding is generally possible even after important reductions.
