Technique :
Liposuction or lipoaspiration is a surgical intervention that allows removing fat located in different regions of the body: chest, neck, arms, belly, hips (flabby thighs), bottoms, inner thighs, knees, calves, ankles…
This simple and safe technique is very efficient and allows to women and men to sculpt one’s shape. Laboratory exams are systematically made before the intervention which is undertaken, according to the cases, under local or general anaesthesia. During a liposuction, fat is removed with very thin cannulas throughout very small incisions made in the lines of the skin. There are no visible scars.

Recovery :
An oedema and some bruises appear on the operated areas. They can be absorbed after 10 to 15 days. A compressive bandage is applied and must be worn night and day during 3 weeks. Any person in a good physical shape can pretend to a liposuction. This kind of surgery requires at least 24 to 48 hours of hospitalisation.

Results :
The result depends on the elasticity of the skin. It can be noticeable after 2 months.
